We have a Polycom Soundstation 2 with two wireless microphones.  We recently moved to a new facility. At the old facility the microphones would occasionally lose sync with the base unit.  At the new facility, they stay synced most of the time ... as long as we are not using the phone.  They can be synced, but as soon as the call starts, they lose sync within a few seconds every time.    It appears to be at the base unit.  The receivers that plug into the base unit go dark ( the little LEDs turn off).  When the call is over, if I simply disconnect the physical line from the base unit and plug it back in, the receivers light back up and reconnect to the wireless microphones.

Any ideas what is going on and how to resolve?
