Hi

 

We purchased a new Soundstation 2W in Jan 2015. I have installed the chargable battery into the console, however, the console does not work without the A/C adapter plugged in. Once I unplug the A/C power adapter, the console is OFF eventhough the battery was shown to be fully charged.

 

Is there any reason for this? And how could I further troubleshoot?

 

Am I missing some step like the battery constantly charged for 8 hours for the first use eventhough the status showed it's fully charged?
