HP Recommended

My 2 line Soundpoint pro is dropping calls.   It is pretty consistenton either line.  Thought at first it was comcast but it is the phone.  Not sure what to do.  Love this phone.  Any ideas on how to confirm if the phone is bad?

HP Recommended

That can be hard to determine without swapping in another phone and testing.  Is there another phone (any phone should do) and test?
