Hi, What Polycom Voicestation Analog Conference Phone can be paired with my Unitron hearing aids? And when being used by me, can others hear simultaneously?
Thanks for any info you can provide.

Hello westernista,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
Only the Polycom Voice Station 500 is Bluetooth enabled. If the device you intend to use is a standard bluetooth device then it should be compatible.
The functionality is explained in the user guide => here <=
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Hello Steffen,
I want to provide you with an update. My employer purchased the Polycom 500 based on your response and a review of the manual showing Bluetooth capability.
I, and my audiologist tried to pair the Polycom with my U-Direct Bluetooth Receiver (this receiver transmits audio directly into my Unitron hearing aids). We were unsuccessful in pairing the two devices, so that I could dial out on the Polycom and receive the audio through my U-Direct receiver.
I was able to pair the Polycom with my cellphone through Bluetooth, so we are very interested to know if some adjustment and be made to the Polycom to pair it to the Bluetooth receiver.

Hello Lois,
I am not aware of the product you mentioned below and as mentioned in my original reply (and tested by yourselves) as far as I am aware standard Bluetooth devices can be connected.
You may want to reach out to the manufacturer of the device to check if this has similar capabilities as a standard Bluetooth device.
There are no additional settings on the SoundStation 500 that I am aware off.
Best Regards
