Today I have set up a new ss2 w ex mics. I can make external calls no problem and it works well with skype. We have an Allworx 9204 phone and I have connected the RJ11 output from the phone to the ss via a RJ11 to mic/speaker lead, then a connector to connect the cable which came with the SS2 to the RJ11 to mic/speaker cable. I can make a call from the phone and the speaker works but not the mics.

 

Any ideas what the problem might be? Is there a cable which I can use which would connect the RJ11 out from the phone directly to the SS2?
