Hello,

 

I have a Polycom SoundStation 2W and recently I been having trouble with pairing this phone to the base for comunication between the two.

 

I turn on the phone and on the small screen displays, "PLEASE WAIT". I press 1, 4, 9, on the dial pad and still no luck. 

 

I tried properly registering with the base and no luck.

 

Finally I decided to update the firmware to the most recent version and so far no luck.

 

I followed the correct documentation on this site on how to do update the device.

 

Here's where I'm stuck at, during the update process I get to this part: verifying radio parameter specification progress on the update software and the phone reboots.

 

Once the phone reboots it hangs there saying "Rebooting Please Wait.." and the update always fails on that part.

 

The correct drivers are installed etc..

 

Any help is greatly appreciated.
