Is there a way to get the Polycom SoundStation Duo Conference Phone to work without having to set it up on the server?  We are trying to connect it directly on to our VOIP line and for some reason, it wants to go through our server.

Thanks.

Hello goldbug,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It may make more sense to move this post to the VoIP Section if this is VoIP related or is this an analog query?

Could you elaborate a bit more in detail what you mean with setting it up on a server?

The only time the SoundStation Duo would require a provisioning Server is if it has had it's file system formatted and would need to re-load it's software.

Usually if connected to a Ethernet connection it would just require the SIP Server details.

Best Regards
