Moved by a mod from => here <= as the issue is not related

I am also having a problem.  We have now successfully connected our Soundstation Duo on a analog line.

I can make out going calls and recieve calls but once I hit the conf button or soft key the "flash" screen appears and disapears as it should but the current callee does not go the hold sothat I can dial another number.

is there something that we should set on the phone itself or is this to do with our service operator?

Kind Regards.

Terry

Hello Terry,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The PSTN FAQ contains this post:

Oct 20, 2011 Question: How can I setup a conference via my Polycom Conference Phone?
Resolution: Please check => here <=

Above explains that you simply need to change the Flash time on your phone.

The SoundStation Duo support page => here <= contains the User Guide but does not explain how to do this.

On the phone itself you simply press the Menu key => select (3) Settings => Select => (2) Advanced => Password 456 => select (3) PSTN Configuration =>

You can now change the values within this menu.
