Dear Support,

 

i'm not abble to register Soundstation 2W with base station. The message is always "Please wait". 

What i've tried:

- remove battery, register again - failed

- try to upgrade software - failed - upgrade never complete  ( from XP/W7  also)

 

How can i solve this problem? How can i upgrade software? (I don't know the current version because it is unavailable)

Welcome to the Poly Community.

  • Provide details for example if the issue is a day 1 issue or only happened after an upgrade or any other relevant details
  • Please provide the serial of the device usually starting with 0F

The device has been not working for a few months, this is why tried to upgrade device (i think it has the default software, which was installed in the factory)

I can see this SS2W was sold via ALSO DEUTSCHLAND GMBH back in 28/09/2015.

 

This would need an RMA as the unit seems defective.
