My polycom sound station 2 2201 1 60000 691 non expandable stopped working. It has been working fine for 6 months (although it is a refit) and suddenly stopped today. It switches on as normal and appears to be working BUT It does not receive calls (no ring) and there is no dial tone and won't call out. I've check the line and that is fine so the fault is definitely with the machine. What's wrong with it?
Not knowing the history or age of the device we must assume it is defective. What is the serial number printed on the bottom of the unit?
