Polycom soundstation duo call duration



I have a polycom soundstation duo connected to a Kerio Operator.

I have a problem with this device, every time we make a call, after an hour it is reset, and then we need make a call again. Where can I change call duration? 

I have tried to update the firmware, It didn't help.

It's SIP call, 

I think I solved the problem, it's a kerio security settings.

To set the maximum call duration:

  1. In the administration interface, go to Configuration > Security.
  2. Set Maximum duration of each outgoing call. The recommended value is 2 hours.
