Problem of Polycom VTX 1000 soundstation

Dear Support,


We are using Polycom VTX 1000 soundstation. If I poweron this soundstation, message displayed as "Country Code Mode" in its display. But then we can't do it. It's like in hanging situation. Everytime, we power on it, but it remains the same problem.


Please guide in this regard.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is often helpful telling us a bit of a history of the device aka if this is a brand new unit or an old device.
