Hi Team

I have had a Polycom SS2W come down to me for our Melbourne office, however it's light on some important bits I think

Part Number: 2201-67880-101

Serial Number: F207120344673

Can you please let me know the power supply part number for the unit and the wireless base?

Also the part number for wireless base is 2201-67810-101B should this all work happily?

Thanks

I do not believe that you can purchase an individual base station but please verify this with a Polycom reseller in your region.

You may be able to simply register the SoundStation with a simple DECT base station via GAP.

Hi, and many thanks for the response.

The only query that is open is for the wireless base (part number 2201-67810-101B), should this all ork happily together once I get the to power supplies?

Cheers DMQ

Hello DMQ,

The power supply is the same for both the base or the wireless unit and the Base Part Number should be fine.
