Hi All.

 

Yep. I've read all the other posts and would just like to clarify.

Though neither of the above phones are on the tested compatibility list would you expect the Apple iPhone TTY Adaptor or Polycom 2200-07878-001 to be the appropriate fix for this?

Just out of interest, the manual shows a Mobile Connector Cable with 4 poles.  What do they all do and is it 3.5-3.5 or 2.5-2.5 or 3.5-2.5?

Hello petet,

 

the Polycom Computer Calling Kit (2200-07878-001) comes with a 2.5mm to two 3.5mm (Microphone / Speaker) plugs.

The Mobile Phone Kit (2457-07817-001) comes with a 2.5mm to 2.5mm plug.

 

We usually do not disclose the wiring and only the tested & listed phones can officially be supported. In case of the iPhone a compatible adapter is mentioned => here <=
