This has been driving me crazy for a long time.  I use the above phone in my office.  There is one number I need to call often (Infinity Phone Number).  However,  after I dial the number I am instantly disconnected.  The people I am calling are disconnected as soon as they pick up their phone.  So for this number I have to go to another phone to make those calls.

Is there anyone out there who can give me a clue why this happens.

So far it is just this one particular phone number.

However, many times on hold with the above phone I get dropped.

Comments, ideas!

Thanks

Hello @RLM,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The SoundPoint Pro is an analog phone which only sends the same DTMF tones independently what type of number you call.

There is no difference and nothing on the phone causing what you describe.

I suggest you work with whoever is providing your line or service.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
