We have the SS2W (2201-67800-022) and 2 Ext Pods (2201-67840-101). The lights on the pods will work (green/red) but will not pick up sound. External call participants hear nothing from the pods - only the base mics. Have done the Software upgrade but that did not help either. PLEASE HELP!

The Part number looks correct.
Did you purchase the microphones new ?
I would suggest you contact your Polycom reseller directly.
