I have two SoundStation 2Ws that are about 6 months old.  On both units, when they are plugged in for extended period of times, the "No Signal" error message appears on the screen.  In order to obtain a signal and use the units, we need to reset them by unplugging them and plugging them back in.  Do we need to do something to prevent them from changing to "no signal"?

  • Are these newly purchased units or second hand?
  • How far away from the base are these?

The units were purchased new last September/October and they are adjacent to the bases.  Once they are unplugged and plugged back in they connect immediately.
