I inherited a SoundStation 2W (1.9Ghz DECT) along with its Base Station and 1 power supply. The power supply (12V, 1A) looks like a non standard polycom adapter but works on the Base Station but doesnt work on the Sound Station.

 

Could someone please advise if the Sound Station adapter sould be 12V, 1A so I can identify if the unit is faulty or I simply have the wrong power supply?
