When attempting to conference on my inherited SoundStation phone, by pressing the flash button, I can conference two dialed calls, but when pressing flash again, I get a dial tone and am not conferenced.  The two other callers are connected.  Can I assume – based on the answer to the subject FAQ – that this is a limitation in my PSTN or is there another procedure I can try?

Hi Sandeac,

 

thanks for actually checking the FAQ first but the answer is gonna be the same.

 

The SoundStation or any other analog phone in this case completely depends on the Phone Line as the conference is held within the PSTN and not the phone and you will need to contact whoever provides your line to discuss this feature.
