I have Version 1.2 of the software on my device and am trying to uprade to the 1.6.  I went to the site and entered my serial number which then took me to a set of steps and a phone number to dial to update.  When I try the 866 or the 408 number, neither one pick up the phone.  Is there another phone number to upgrade the system with?

 I too am having this issue. I'm Currently running 1.4 and would I've followed the instructions on the support page for the VtX and Called both numbers (the 866 and 480) which were given after entering my Serial number. After prolonged ringing the VTX hangs up and says "sever does not answer". Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
