Hello,

I am trying to use a Catch Box 2.4 wireless microphone with a SoundStation2 Avaya 2490. The catch box itself comes with a 6.3mm male to 3.5mm male cable so I had to get a 3.5mm female to RCA male adapter (not sure if this is the source of the problem). The phone system is set to wireless in and the catch box works when hooked up to speakers. Any assistance or information regarding this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hello JoshHatchUSGS,

Polycom manufactures these devices for Avaya and they are supported and maintained by our partner Avaya

Best Regards

I would be willing to purchase a different Polycom phone system if need be. Before I do that I need to know if there is something inherently wrong with the setup I described or if there is something wrong with that specific phone.
