SoundStation2 - Cant dial a number when mics are plugged in.

I took delivery of two new SoundStation2's today. After plumbing them both in (separate rooms) and doing a test call, I realised that when the satillite microphones are plugged in, the units will not allow me to dial a number (it gets stuck on the first digit). Oddly it works fine if the satillite microphones are disconnected.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you

Re: SoundStation2 - Cant dial a number when mics are plugged in.

The satillite mics part number is 2200-07840-101.

We bought two sets of SoundStation's and two sets of mics to with them. I believe they were bought as a package.

Thanks

Re: SoundStation2 - Cant dial a number when mics are plugged in.

Hello hclaridge,

looking at the latest pricelist for Partners I can see that 2200-07840-101 is for:

2200-07840-101 SoundStation2W - 2 EX Hypercardioid Mics with cables, low power consumption, only compatible with SoundStation2W EX

I would suggest you work with your Polycom Reseller as previously advised.

I have now added a table => here <= to show the correct Part Numbers for the different phones.

Best Regards

Re: SoundStation2 - Cant dial a number when mics are plugged in.

Hi

Thank you for your responce.

I may be miss reading the table in the attachment but I think it suggests the opposite to what you have stated.

I stop any confusion, on my part, can you please confirm if the SoundStation2 (PN 2200-16200-102) is compatable with the Extension Microphones (PN 2200-07840-101)?

I am located in England.

Thank you
