Hello,

I need to connect a 2w to another DECT 6.0 bases via GAP (the original base is lost due to water damage). However this is known to not working with CVM 1.61.

device data:

CVM 1.61

DSP 82W.COn.01.209

CPLD: 1.06

Therefore I am trying to update my device. However I have ONLY Windows 10 devices (64x) at hand. When trying to use the Windows 7 tool, I am receiving an driver installation erro (see attachment). I run the install with "... as administrator". How can I upgrade my device with a current OS?

Thank you in advance for any ideas and support!

Hanfried

Hello Hanfried,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

There are no drivers that support Windows 8 or Windows 10
