Hi there,

I'm unsure where to put this, so have opted here.

I have a PolyCom Soundstation2 that I used to use with an analogue line for conference calls.

The company has moved building and all we have is the soundstation unit itself without the interface module that connected to the analogue line.

In the new building we have Avaya IP Telephony solution. I'd like to patch the soundstation into that, but unsure what interface module I would need to host and connect to conference calls.

Hello Rod,

The SoundStation 2 is not compatible with an Avaya digital line and we do not support using interface modules from another type of SoundStation.

Please check the faq and use the community search functionif you have follow up questions.

Thanks Steffen, that nails that option on the head. At this point I'll get on contact with Sales to figure out what equipment I need. The FAQs are more for equipment already purchased.
