First post 🙂

I have just purchased 2x soundstation2 for use with a Splicecom Callserver 5100, which supports BT and DTMF caller id types. If both are set to DTMF, I just see 'Incoming Call No Caller ID Message 1' and if set to BT the phone rings once then cuts off. All of my other phones (interquarz, BT DECT) show caller ID with the standard setting, i.e. not specifying BT or DTMF.

From other posts it seems that the caller id requirements do not match many systems. Any suggestions?

Hello Marcus,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

According to the FAQ PDF => here <= it should support the following:

SoundStation2 supports a variety of Caller ID standards allowing this feature to be used worldwide. The standards
supported include Bellcore Standard Type I, ETSI, DTMF and BT

Maybe best to speak to your Polycom Reseller to bring this to the attention of the Polycom Support Team.

Best Regards
