Hope someone can help me.
I have a Soundstation 2 and, having just removed all the landlines from the office, got a 2457-19047-001 Rev. B - Mobile Phone Device Cable to use with my mobile phone.
However, even though the speaker works nicely, the mics don't pick up anything, and it seems to use the mic from the mobile phone instead. I've tried this on a blackberry and an android phone and both act the same.

Which side of the cable are you plugging in ?
iPhone or Generic and have you tried the other way ?
Also what Phone do you have?

The phone is a Blackberry 9900, but I've also tried it on an HTC one M9 with the same results.
I've tried both the generic and iPhone plugs
