I have an issue with one of our VTX1000 Soundstations.
1. The external mics are really low in terms of loudness. A mic test doesnt show me voice recognition. When I knock the table with the mics I can see a bit of sound coming in but thats it. I cant increase the mic level.
2. I though an update might fix the issue so I entered the dial in number from the support page but its only ringing for some time and then says that nobody picks up. Does anybody have numbers for Germany / Europe I can try?
Most likely the unit needs an RMA. A software update will not fix this. As we do not have the serial I cannot look up the age of the unit and who the reseller could be.
