Dear All,

The iPhone 4 headset plug is larger that the one in the cable (Mobile Phone Conector) provided with the Soundstation 2W package.

So, I bought an adapter (P2 to P1... I guess) that converted the thin plug into a thicker plug that could be used with the iPhone input. Tried to use it but did not get the "Mobile Phone In" message as it seems that the iPhone was not conected.

Do you have any hint on what I should be doing differently?

Kind regards,

Julio, Brazil

Hello JulioGil,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The Phone Cable we have had feedback to work with the Polycom Mobile Phone Connector is an Apple iPhone TTY Adapter.

You should be able to purchase this from Apple directly.

To my knowledge this allows the standard 2.5mm cable from the Soundstation Conference phones to be plugged into the iPhone and/or Blackberry phones.

Best regards
