I bought a Voicestation 500. I have three way chat facility that works on other phones (provided by Telstra Australia) but FLASH button on Vociestation 500 disconnects first party while FLASH is pressed, does not work like RECALL button on other phones. Pl advise. desh

Hello Desh,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

I have moved your post as the one that you replied to had already answered the original Posters question.

The community's PSTN FAQ contains this post here:

Aug 24, 2012 Question: How can I place a caller on hold or return from hold via my Polycom Conference Phone?
Resolution: Please check => here <=

Above post explains that you need to change the flash settings to match the one's that are required on your system.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
