Hi everybody, I have an Voicestation 500, when I connect all the device doesn't operate, onle 3 leds stills on in green color, I  checked all wires but it's ok, but can't use the device, no dial tone, any button is idle, help please

Hello pisco27,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Its always useful if you provide some kind of details like if this is a brand new unit or an used unit just purchased or an older unit which stopped working suddenly.

 

Also provide the serial number from the bottom of the unit so we can check our internal records.
