Hello,

I have a polycom conference phone which has been attached to our voIP network for 7 years via VG224 interface. For the first time our staff is attempting to join more than 2 participants on a conf call. Til this point it's always been 2 at most and there hasn't ever been a problem. When we attempt to join 3 or more it's not allowing.

Steps:

Push On

Dial 1st participant, advise you are going to join the next

Push "Flash" and dial next participant

Push "Flash" + * + 4 to join all parties.

If I press flash again, nothing happens. All three of us are still in the conference.

Any help/guidance is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hello @asiross ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

I have moved this post as this is an analog conference phone and most likely you need to work with the provider who installed the VG224 gateway.

From the PSTN FAQ >here<:

Oct 20, 2011 QuestionHow can I setup a conference or how many participants can be in the conference?
Resolution: Please check => here <=
