Dear,

I have problem in my soundstaion that it is received call normally but I can't dial from it after place call I still hearing the started tone not any response

Hello ahmed ,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

I am quite sure that the SoundStation only uses DTMF dialing and your Line may be an analog line using puls dialing.

Hello ahmed,

 

as replied already I am quite sure that the SoundStation 2 only supports DTMF and no pulse dialing.

 

The whole functionality like conference (uses Flash) or to join a conference bridge (uses DMTF) relies on the phone to be able to dial via Touch Tone / DTMF.

 

Please liaise with your Polycom Reseller for further support.
