I need to work hands-free and headset-free at my desk. My existing 2-line speakerphone had to be replaced so I purchased two used Soundstation 2 (non-ex) units (one for each line). From what I hear on my end the phones work perfectly. But I sound worse to my callers on these units than I did on my old speakerphone.

I don't know if the problem is on my end or if  the units are defective. How can I tell? I've moved the units around, covered and uncovered the mics, but i still can't be understood by my callers.

Do I have a mis-application? Is there another way I can get terrific 2-line speakerphone performance?

Thanks,

Mike
