I was including for a test two Poly Trio 8800 into Poly Lens. Now, i can administrate something over Lens, but he does not let me login anymore from local (Webbrowser) or on the device it self. I already reseted the password over Lens, but it did not help. This happend on both devices. Any Idea why?

Thanks for your suggestion. I just tried it again and voila, it worked.. It seems it takes up a specific time, until the config has been send to the poly. Special but okey. Waiting is sometimes a solution

Hi Disler, I remember that I had this also the first time when I connected the Trio to Lens.
I have performed a factory reset on the device and started over again.
Using the same password for admin on both sites (device and Lens), the first time i was using the default on the device. But I think that can be changed now due to California regulation depending of your software version. Eventually it turns to work correctly. Unfortunately I have made no notes of this event.
