Poly G7500 Registered to Unknown Lens Account

I have a Poly G7500 that was registered to a Poly Lens account by an employee that no longer works for us and we do not know how to access that Lens account. How can I de-register the G7500 from the old Lens account so that I can re-register it under my company's known Lens account? I have administrative access to the G7500 but the Pin is unavailable and the status is showing as Online.
