Hi, 

We have multiple offices in different countries. 

We have location-specific settings like sip server, time zone, etc. 

If we want to create a policy on Poly Lens for each model, location-specific, how do we do that?

Don't see any way to apply policy / configuration per site. Looks as you can only apply configuration per model. This is a major problem if we need different configs per device model. I need some Trio's with specific configs for Skype and I need some Trios with configs for Teams.

Maybe you need to look at the paid service PDMS-E if the free Lens services does not yet have these features. I suggest you work with a Poly reseller.

Is the goal to replace PDMS-E with Lens? Will Lens eventually have feature parity with PDMS-E?

Aug 09, 2016 Question:Why can Poly not discuss future software Versions within the Community?

Explanation:Poly, as a US-based company, cannot share any future release dates or new features due to the requirement of a non-disclosure agreement / NDA prior to this. Via the medium of a community forum, we are unable to do this.

 

Today PDMS-E does everything as a cloud-based solution for a monthly fee. If something local within your network is required I suggest to look at RPRM.

 

A Poly reseller in your area can help or check on our website for the chat option.
