Trio 8800 and VVX showing offline, Trio C60 and CCX show online

Hi, is everyone else seeing the Trio 8800 and VVX showing offline, Trio C60 and CCX show online?

 

I'm wondering if the older VVX type platform just doesn't have this capability whereas the newer Android platforms do have more functionality within Lens thus show online?

 

As a result of showing offline i'm unable to download logs aswell.
