I have a EagleEye Mini usb connected to a windows pc. 

 

Is there a way to use the 4x zoom function?

Hello @tallpaul ,

 

Welcome to the Poly Community.

According to our datasheet >here< the camera supports this but the software using the camera needs to support this as well.

testing this with a current version of Teams for Windows 1.4.00.19573 (64-bit) there is now also an Open Camera Settings section:
