Thanks for the response, switching from the Poly Studio to built in PC microphone in Teams worked. Switching back to the Poly Studio I was not getting any audio pickup from the mic. 


So, I rebooted the Poly Studio and the microphone started working. The issue hasn't reoccurred for a few days - not sure when it will manifest again. Checking if this is a known issue.

ensure you use the companion app prior to the reboot to get the logs and make a note of the time as our support team will need this.
