The remote control can turn the function on and off, but if the remote is lost or battery dead, how can we turn off the camera tracking option? The companion user section should be able to do all things that the physical remote control can do.

I noticed too. I watch the How To video, and noticed my Companion app is missing the Tracking section under User Settings.

After I got the remote paired with the Studio, I was able to use it to turn it off, but I can't adjust modes that the Companion app is suppose to provide.

As a side note, I also can't get 4K video in the Win10 camera app. The downloadable UVC driver isn't valid for Win10. I don't know if it affects access to the tracking options or not.
