Hi all,

I am an end user with the new Poly Studio P15 and Poly Lens.

Status is connected and Firmware 1.2.0.000287

When switching on Onscreen Display in Controls I can see that max resolution is at 1920x1080 . How do I get 2160p (4k) on this device?

Is there a manual where this is described?

What I tried:

- USB-C cable directly to MacBook Pro: no change (except NV12 instead of MJPG)

- USB Device tree shows enough speed (up to 480 Mb/s available,  only 48mA used)

Any help/RTFM highly appreciated 🙂

Hello @0m43 ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

The P15 will display 4k (3840x2160) as long as the Host PC or Mac has an image capture application that can support the 4k image (and as long as the P15 is connected to the appropriate USB).

It can achieve 3840x2160 while using the Windows 10 Camera App, but can only achieve 1920x1080 using the latest Lens Desktop v1.1.3.

On MacBook, as an example, OBS Pro (Open Source) www.obsproject.com/download shows3 3840x2160

We are in the process of looking into updating the Lens app to also allow to display of a test image in 4K.
