Polycom studio - camera control - settings disabled
Hi, remote control isn't working and when i installed polycom companion, there is camera control settings disabled. Tried to download and install last firmware. No change.
I have raised this internally as this should be documented and a warning or message should be displayed.

In my opinion, it is displayed in the companion app. In his screenshot he has the blue camera icon, so tracking mode on. If it is greyed out, camera is in manual mode.
