The tool is very powerful and will certainly help us troubleshoot problems.
One thing that I thought about it if the portal stores any form of SIP credintials, or provides some means of accessing them remotely.
In 2019 leaks and mass-hacks are commonplace, and often the best security is to simply limit information access in the first place. If the PDMS-SP portal provides these SIP credentials, it'd be a very tempting target for fraudsters.
This also brings up other potentially sensitive information stored in the portal. What sensitive information does this portal maintain, and what's privacy policy does Polycom have for any data on the site?
Hello @Steve Sether ,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
Details in this and how the data is stored etc. can be found at the Security and Privacy White Papers located at https://www.polycom.com/company/privacy/gdpr.html

Thanks. It looks like from what it says in:
https://www.polycom.com/content/dam/polycom/common/documents/whitepapers/pdms-sp-wp-enus.pdf
That no SIP passwords, or even SIP usernames or endpoints are stored in pdsm-sp. Can your confirm that?
Hello Steve Sether,
Correct, we do not store SIP credentials in PDMS-SP.
