Anyone else having issue with PDMS syncing the latest CCX firmware?

 

Monitor View > View Images shows the image is syncing.  No change after 2 days.

File Name 

 /swupdate/CCX/Poly_UC_Software_5.9.12.1122.ITS40_C_ccx500_pilot_release_sig

 

FYI - I am able to download other files no problem.

Is this using PDMS-E with a cloud relay or without?
