Unable to Claim VVX into PDMS-SP

I am trying to claim a VVX450 in PDMS-SP but I am getting an error stating that it is assigned to another ITSP. (see attached screenshot)

I checked with the ZTP team ( and they state that 64167F3A7885 has been removed from ZTP.

The title Polycom Employee & Community Manager is a community setting and does not reflect my role. I am just a simple volunteer in the community like everybody else. My official "day" Job is 3rd Level support at Poly but I am unable to provide official support via the community.
