Hello Tobias,

As I already replied to the previous poster:

 

  • Utilities > Phone Backup & Restore > Export Phone Backup File > Phone Backup
  • Diagnostics > View & Download Logs > UCS Application > Export
  • Diagnostics > View & Download Logs > System Log

You may want to change the logging:

 

Settings > Logging > Global Log Level Limit > Debug
Settings > Logging > Log File Size (Kbytes) > 512
Settings > Logging > Module Log Level Limits > SIP > Debug

This labs feature worked well for me during setup.  No issues.

 

Quick question, is this available currently or on the roadmap for the VVX phones?

Hi,

 

Everything goes well when I tried this. Thanks a lot for this feature!
However, whenever I disconnect the phone from the power source and reconnect it, it ignores the Digitmap completely.

It always dials using Line 1 (SfB). Dialed numbers when viewed from history has the domain name in the suffix.

 

Workaround is to 're-assign' the Digitmap by making small changes to it and save it again (revert back if nedded).

 

Any way to fix this?

Which backup is safe to share here? Is the 'All Configuration (except Device Settings) option good?

Sorry I'm just new to this.

 

Software version is the latest, 5.4.5.9111

 

Forgot to mention that I have the same issue with all the Trios I have configured with this feature.
