Hi, I'm testing the trial version of RealConnect for O365 in the hybrid config. I installed the Relay server. Now I have to log in at console.plcm.cloud, but I don't have an account. And no email to create one. How do I get an Administrator account?
Folkert, My sincere apologies for the delayed response. In addition to this post, I will reach out to you directly via e-mail to work thru the issue.
As a standard process, accessing the Relay Server assumes that you have already registered and have an active account in the Polycom Cloud Experience portal; however, your statement that you do not have an administrator account, suggests that you may have received access to the Relay Server via a non-standard flow.
To create an account (if one has not been setup yet), we simply need an e-mail address to manually kick-off the process. I will send an e-mail to you directly to confirm the admin details.
