As Microsoft Teams now has a breakout rooms feature - has anyone tested it in a meeting where one of the endpoints is a Poly VTC Device (Group Series or Trio) joining the meeting via RealConnect?

Theoretically, I would assume that the room is merely an end user on the call.  The administrator of the call needs to be using the desktop version of Teams to control the meeting.

But - I would greatly appreciate knowing if anyone has actually tried this and report on their experience.

Thanks.

Hey Adam,

We actually tested this today - Teams doesn't actually recognise the Interop as endpoints in the calls which is strange - so you can not add the endpoints to break out rooms using RealConnect - they stay in the main lobby of the Teams meeting.

Thanks
