I cannot anymore establish a normal call to Realconnect after some kink of change was made on Poly side( that was mentioned under the article ID 44813). There's no Gatekeeper used in our infrastructure that's why I cannot get what I need to fill in the H323Alias E164 field on my SX20. If I put a random number the call is established, but no video from is displayed for participants other than SX20(Teams clients) and no incoming video is displayed on the SX20 screen.
Please work with your Poly reseller and/or Poly support.
