Hi,

I would like to contact you because I have a problem with a client who has a Huawei TE40 system.
He can't join a Teams meeting via the real connect.

 

Has anyone been able to test this? Or can anyone confirm that it works?

Please provide us with at least some more details about what software they use to make the call?

Is this your client's RealConnect Service?

What error do they get?

Is this using LTE/4G or WiFi?

Indeed, it is the customer's real connect service.

 

It is a video conferencing system (model: HUAWEI TE40), connected to the network by a cable.

 

The Huawei TE40 system can join Poly systems in point to point via H.323 protocol.

 

But when we try to reach the real connect test number of Poly: 40.91.214.133##7357, it does not work.

The system tells it that it can't reach this address.

Error: this address cannot be reached.
